5:55 p.m. Warm-up ends.

Contingency plan: In the event of inclement weather the 400s, the first priority will be to wait it
out on Friday evening. Second backup is to hold 400s at the end of the meet Saturday at
Splash.

6:30-7:00 a.m. Warm-up in lane 6, 7 and 8
7:00 a.m. Coaches Meeting and scratch deadline
7:15 a.m. Officials Meeting
7:30 a.m. Warm-ups conclude
7:35 a.m. Opening Ceremony-bring team flag on a pole and flag bearers
7:45 a.m. Meet Starts
Parking:
Parking for families and spectators will be located near the pool entrance (next to the reserved area),
and in the Jefferson County Human Services and Laramie parking lots directly to the west of Illinois
Street and above Splash. Families are welcome to drop their swimmers and supplies off at the pool
entrance in accordance with directed traffic flow. Absolutely NO PARKING at Fossil Trace Golf
Course or the Jefferson County Open Space equipment lot. Violators will be ticketed and towed at
owner’s expense.
VEHICLES PARKED IN FIRE LANES OR GOLF COURSE LOTS WILL BE TOWED AT OWNER’S EXPENSE!!
Opening Ceremony:
Each team is asked to provide their team flag on an 8’ pole. On Saturday there will be an opening
parade. 1-2 swimmers from each team will carry their team flag in a procession to be displayed.
The National Anthem will be played Saturday during the Opening Ceremony.
