Join Coach Kristen Haeger on Friday nights at Meyers Pool to make progress in the pool during the off-season. Our Winter Stroke Clinic will focus on all four strokes – freestyle, back, butterfly, and breast, plus starts and turns. Emphasis will be placed on drills and stroke technique, but in a low-key non-competitive environment to help our swimmers prepare for the upcoming summer season.

Friday Nights – 10 sessions
January 31 – April 24 (no clinic on Feb 6, Mar 27, Apr 17)
6:00 – 7:00 pm (6-9 year olds)
7:00 – 8:00 pm (10+ year olds)
Minimum requirements – Swimmers must be at least 6 years old and be able swim one length of the pool (25 yards) without stopping. Parents, if you are not at ease with your child being in a pool independently of an instructor, this program may not be appropriate.
Bring – Goggles, swimsuit, towel & lots of energy!
